The concept of duality starts from centralizing the spaces towards a focal point, the pool. At the same time, these spaces are segregated into well-defined blocks according to their functions.
A block of social area, another of bedrooms, a ranch integrated into the pool through its folding glass doors and a block of the garage connected, through, concrete tiles towards the focal point.
